Payment, Postage & Returns


We take secure payments via Paypal, you'll automatically be directed to their website once you go through our checkout. You don't need a paypal account to pay this way, you can enter your card details instead.


All of our items are sent first class recorded signed for and your tracking number will be added to the Paypal payment when we package up your lovely jewellery so you can trace it all the way to your letterbox via the Royal Mail website . You'll need to make sure someone is available to sign for your package or collect it from your sorting office within 7 days

We wrap everything in pretty purple tissue paper and pop it into a padded jiffy bag so it's protected from damage in the post. We're also happy to send as a gift to an alternative address so long as this is the address you attach to the paypal payment


If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we'll be happy offer a full refund (excluding P&P charges) provided the item is returned within 7 days of dispatch and is in it’s original, unworn condition.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for earrings for hygiene reasons nor can we accept returns for items that have been custom made or modified.
NB. Return postage costs are payable by the customer.
Please email us to arrange your refund. All goods must be returned to us within 7 days of date of dispatch. We recommend sending via a trackable method as items lost in the post cannot be refunded. Your refund will be processed by the original method of payment.


If your item is damaged in the post we're happy to repair it for you free of charge, just pop it back in the post (trackable method only) within 7 days of dispatch.
